1960's JH Kelly trucks like this roamed the yard and mills of Longview, WA, for nearly 20 years.  In 2016, we decided to rebuild an identical, classic 1967 Chevy short bed fleet truck.  Every part was sourced, minus the modern A/C, the truck is featured in local parades, celebrations and select JHK marketing events.

Jack Kelly, Jr. - 1933 As the second generation owner of JH Kelly, Jack Jr.'s daughter, Jackie, married Dan Evans - a Standard Oil chemical engineer.  The eventual change in ownership exploded the business and allowed JH Kelly to enter new markets with great success!
The Daily News - You do That? Article - 1997 JH Kelly has evolved from a residential plumber to appliances, to industrial piping, to general contracting services.  This growth was a result of Dan Evans bringing in a team with a background in industrial, chemical/oil/gas experience.  This experience allowed JH Kelly to bring on more trades, take on more risk, and grow into a leading contractor in the Pacific Northwest.
Kelly Family - 1950 Family has always been the driving force of our company.  We have a phone list full of similar last names, fathers and sons, husbands and wives, daughters and mothers.  We love bringing in had workers that we know and trust.  This family first mentality is a function of the deep love and integrity that Jack Sr. and his family have passed on through Four Generations!
Commerce Ave - Longview, WA - 1923 As a company founded the same year as the town, 1923, JH Kelly is in the '23 Club and is the last remaining member!  Commerce Ave was the main street of the town and brought business and paying customers to the "new" downtown.  JH Kelly's first store in WA was on Commerce Ave.
Aileen Kelly and Friends - Longview, WA public library - 1934 Longview, WA, was a "planned city" much like Paris - the inspiration of Robert A. Long (town founder). In the center of town is the Civic Circle, Monticello Hotel and the public library.  Memories like this are fun to share as they speak to our company's rich history and the town of Longview.

JH Kelly's first shop - Scotland Immigrating from Scotland via Nova Scotia and venturing further west, Jack Kelly, Sr. heard of the great new "planned city" being built in Longview, WA, and knew the new town would need a plumber!
