Kelly Family - 1950

Family has always been the driving force of our company.  We have a phone list full of similar last names, fathers and sons, husbands and wives, daughters and mothers.  We love bringing in had workers that we know and trust.  This family first mentality is a function of the deep love and integrity that Jack Sr. and his family have passed on through Four Generations!

Article - 1997 JH Kelly has evolved from a residential plumber to appliances, to industrial piping, to general contracting services.  This growth was a result of Dan Evans bringing in a team with a background in industrial, chemical/oil/gas experience.  This experience allowed JH Kelly to bring on more trades, take on more risk, and grow into a leading contractor in the Pacific Northwest.

Terry Major's Apprentice Class (Second from left, big smile) Longtime Sr. Vice President of Operations, Terry Major, retired in 2019 after 59 years working for JH Kelly.  Starting as an apprentice in 1960, Terry was a plumber who always knew how to get the most from his crews.  A hard critic, an endearing mentor and a lasting testament to our culture of hard work and success - Terry along with Dan Evans, Chuck Stronach, Clancy Kelly and others helped shape the industrial side of our business.  Their mentorship and lessons learned will be felt for future generations of Kelly workers.
